Being a visionary is easy for me. As the event director and a part of the PR Now Magazine mindset committee Leader, I have the privilege of working directly with our contributing and featured writers whom we gracefully call a "Nowzie". It is my responsibility to welcome these talented individuals into our family and provide them with all the necessary tools to succeed as PR Now writers. Our goal is to expose and showcase the unique talents of each writer through our carefully curated events.
As the catalyst to their goals, I am committed to connecting our writers with the resources they need to thrive. This includes linking them with public speaking coaches, helping them find the writing genre that suits them best, and connecting them with publicists who can help promote their work. Additionally, I ensure that their articles reach the right readers and literary executives, maximizing their exposure and potential for growth.
One of the key aspects of my role is being heavily connected within the community. This allows me to guide our writers in covering the most relevant events for their personal and professional development. By attending these events, our writers gain valuable experience, exposure, and opportunities for growth.
Being a visionary in this role comes naturally to me. I have a deep passion for nurturing talent and helping individuals reach their full potential. Seeing our writers flourish and achieve their goals brings me immense joy and satisfaction. It is incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and success, knowing that I played a part in their journey.
In order to create a friendly and welcoming environment for our writers, I prioritize building strong relationships with each and every one of them. I strive to create a sense of belonging and support, ensuring that they feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. By fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere, we are able to create a community of writers who inspire and uplift one another.
