It is a well-known fact that individuals who smoke weed often experience a shift in their perspective on life. They enter into their own little world, where they feel more creative, open-minded, and free. This altered state of mind can lead them to believe that they are more talented, more sociable, and overall better versions of themselves.


However, what happens when they come down from this high and are forced to face reality?



When individuals who smoke weed are not under the influence, they may find themselves struggling to cope with the demands of everyday life. They may realize that they are not as talented or creative as they thought they were, leading to feelings of disappointment and inadequacy.


The once enjoyable activities, such as creating music in the studio or pursuing a career, may no longer hold the same appeal. This can be a harsh reality check for those who have been relying on weed to escape from their problems.

Furthermore, the effects of weed can also impact personal relationships. A spouse or partner may find themselves dealing with a completely different person when their loved one is not high.



This individual may be more irritable, distant, or even hostile, causing strain on the relationship. In some cases, individuals may come to the realization that they never truly loved their partner, but rather used weed as a way to mask their true feelings.


The process of rediscovering oneself after coming down from a high can be a painful and eye-opening experience. It forces individuals to confront their true selves and come to terms with their flaws, insecurities, and shortcomings. This can be a difficult journey, but ultimately, it can lead to personal growth and self-awareness.



For each his own, but while smoking weed may provide temporary relief and a sense of euphoria, it is important to remember that it is not a permanent solution to life's challenges. It is crucial for individuals to find healthy coping mechanisms and ways to deal with reality without relying on substances. Only then can they truly discover who they are and lead a fulfilling and authentic life.
